light whole wheat brioche buns 2.0

unfortunately, i was a bit too optimistic about the buns i made this past weekend.  i thought they would be okay for sandwiches, but i was wrong.  they were terrible.  they were tough and dense.  yuck.  so they will be turned into croutons or breadcrumbs tomorrow.  but we still needed something to bring for lunch so i tried out the light whole wheat brioche bun recipe again, sans plastic wrap.  i also forgot to put the pan of water on the bottom of the oven last time, which apparently makes a big difference.  so i made these changes and they turned out great!  i think i even like these better than the other whole wheat hamburger bun recipe i tried out before.  they are a lot lighter and fluffier.  enjoy!
